Department of Environment and Natural Resources-CAR Assistant Regional Director, Atty. Marcos Bias speak before local chief executives in the Cordilleras and Region 1 during the League of the Municipalities of the Philippines’ Luzon Island Cluster Conference. Bias, through an audio-visual presentation, introduced the priority programs, thrusts and directions of the DENR in a bid to call for and strengthen stakeholder collaboration and mobilization in carrying out environmental programs, programs and initiatives.
