In celebration of the ASEAN Month, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Cordillera Administrative Region wore their best ASEAN theme inspired outfit to show support and unity with the ASEAN Month’s theme, “ASENA Matters: Epicentrum of Growth”.

During the month of August, member countries gather to celebrate the establishment of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Throughout the ASEAN Day celebrations, member nations participate in various activities to promote regional solidarity and showcase ASEAN’s achievements and objectives. The ASEAN is a fast-growing trade block of 10 member states: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
