Employees of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-CAR join the first national earthquake drill led by the Office of the Civil Defense. In doing so, the employees observed the safety protocols to be observed in times of quakes. Among others, this includes the “duck, cover and hold” and going to a designated evacuation area. The participation to the simultaneous nationwide earthquake drill is one of the ways to instill disaster preparedness and resilience not only in workplaces but in all communities.
