WE for gender equality and inclusive society. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources-CAR officially kicks off its month-long observation of the 2023 National Women's Month. Apart from the wearing of purple which signifies justice, dignity and being loyal to the causes of women, the Department's regional office, bureaus, and field offices have lined up several activities to promote gender equality and women empowerment.
