Orientation of newly appointed personnel

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Cordillera Administrative Region (DENR-CAR) conducted an orientation to Thirty (30) newly appointed personnel from the regional and field offices.

The purpose of the orientation is to welcome the new employees to the organization, communicate important policies. It is to encourage confidence and help the new employee adapt faster to the job; contributes to a more effective, productive workforce and promote a good communication between the supervisor and the new employee.
