"We should not be contented with knowing the basics of computer. Since we are in the digital age, we must be abreast on the latest in the technological world. Let's keep advancing", said Assistant Regional Executive Director for Management Services Atty. Cleo D. Sabado-Andrada as she encouraged the DENR-CAR employees attending the four day Advance Computer Training at the DENR-CAR Multi-purpose Hall.

Based on the Competency Based Assessment conducted by the office and Individual Development Plan submitted for 2020-2022, it was found out that most of the training needs fall in computer literacy category. Thus, the Human Resources Development Section conceptualized the training.

The training which is divided into three modules namely Advance Word Processing, Advanced Power Point Presentations and Advanced Databases will be discussed through a gradual technique enabling better internalization for the participants.

Further, Ms. Mia Alma M. Batcagan-Tayag, Chief of the Administrative Division, cautioned the participants not to be slaves of technology. Rather, let technology work for us specially in improving our services.
