For the purpose to make public land titling more accessible and transparent, the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office-Baguio (CENRO) Regulations and Permitting Section specifically the Patents and Deeds Unit (PDU) is conducting a scheduled mass acceptance of applications for titling of public alienable and disposable lands. Today, the team of PDU CENRO-Baguio is currently in Barangay Duacan, Kabayan, Benguet for the said activity. CENRO-Baguio is likewise extending its public service by coordinating with the Assessors office involved to perfect the Tax Declaration needed or an essential document to prove ownership of the applicants.

With the intention to expedite land titling by bringing such services closer or on ground, CENRO-Baguio will also accept land titling for Residential Free Patent (RFPA) in Baguio City and RFPA and Agricultural Free Patent in Sablan, Tuba, Bokod, Itogon and La Trinidad, Benguet.

CENRO-Baguio targets at least 140 lots for residential and 120 lots for agricultural lands to be patented for this year.
